1. How will the rebrand affect my ownership?
There will be no changes to your existing ownership.
2. Do I need to sign a new agreement?
No, you do not need to sign a new agreement. Your Membership Certificate has been issued by Millennium Investments Limited t/a Crane Resorts. For inquiries, please contact members@craneresorts.com.
3. Can I move our ownership to a different villa or time of year or to The Crane?
Yes. For a limited time, we will waive the Admin and Trustee Fees associated with these ownership changes for our existing owners.
4. Are there any updates on the addition of community amenities and services at EAST?
Yes, we expect to begin adding temporary facilities in 2024/5 including a casual restaurant and exercise/yoga area.
5. Will the launch of EAST residential sales in the Hillside Villas and Culpepper Collection affect my Annual Fees?
Your fees will be unaffected by the launch of the new residential ownership options.
6. Can I use my Fractional Ownership to upgrade to an EAST Residential Villa?
Yes, you can use your Fractional weeks as equity towards a residential villa. For more information, contact property@craneresorts.com.

8. Where will the new Phase 2 Villa Collections be constructed?
The Hillside Villas, consisting of one and two-bedroom semi-detached villas, will be constructed behind the Cliff-front Villas, elevated to ensure unobstructed ocean views. The land & build lots of the Culpepper Collection will encircle the bay looking towards Culpepper Island.
9. Are you still selling Fractional Ownership?
Yes, we will continue to sell Fractional Ownership in our Cliff-front Villas on the First Row.
10. Can I still use the amenities and services of The Crane?
Yes, you can still enjoy the amenities of The Crane. There is a complimentary round-trip shuttle service to The Crane which may be booked via Concierge.
11. How do I sell my Fractional Ownership at EAST?

12. Can I register my interest in buying a residential villa?

13. Is HGV interested in buying our ownership at EAST?
Not currently. HGV has not expressed an interest in purchasing inventory at East Resort.
