Accessing the Owners' Centre
Within two weeks of becoming an owner, you will receive an email invitation to the Owners’ Centre from members@thecrane.com.
The Owners’ Centre is an online portal that will allow you secure access to your Crane Points statement, ownership assets, general documents and your own individual documents such as your Membership Application, Rental Pool Agreements and Resale Agreements.

Changing your password
On initial login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password. This can be done by clicking “Your Account” in the upper right hand corner and selecting “Change Password”.
Updating your profile
You can also review and update your profile information at any time once you are logged into the system, selecting “Member Profile” from the drop-down menu in “Your Account”
Please note that name changes may not be processed through this web site. Any name changes on account will need to be requested through The First National Trust Company (FNTC) in the Isle of Man. You may contact members@thecrane.com for further information on this process.
