Why do Hotel Guests and Owners check-out at different times?

Typically, all owners check-in and check-out on Saturdays. The 10:00 am check-out time ensures that Housekeeping can efficiently access and clean all residences in time for the new check-ins at 4 pm. This is standard industry practice for resorts with a dedicated turn-around day.
