Selling or Transferring Ownership

When trading-in or/selling your residence, a transfer fee that ranges from US$420 - $3,150 (depending on the number of weeks) is charged. To transfer your ownership to another person either through private sale or gift, please follow the below instructions:

The Form of Surrender on the back of the original ownership certificate is to be signed under “Transferor” by the seller and under “Transferee" by the purchaser. All contact information (names as they should appear on new certificate, street address, email address and phone numbers) must be included.

If the original certificate cannot be signed by the purchaser, send the purchaser a copy and a copy can be signed by the purchaser and sent back to the seller. The seller can send these together to FNTC.

In the case of change of name by virtue of marriage or divorce, a certified copy of the marriage license or divorce decree, along with the transfer fee needs to be sent to FNTC.  Contact members@craneresorts.com for more information.

In the case of the death of an owner, certified copies of:

• Death Certificate
• Will
• Grant of Probate (except Canada)
