For the past two decades, referrals have been our largest source of new members. We believe strongly in the power of our community and are now offering persons the option to close their chapter of ownership while allowing others to begin their journeys. 

How it works:

• To Exit Through Referrals, you must first convert your Fixed Week(s) to our Residence Club.
• If you refer a potential client to purchase any form of ownership, we will apply up to 70% of their purchase price towards the buy-back of your ownership at the rates below:
