How can I use my Crane Points?

Internal Exchanges:      

  • Use Crane Points to make reservations in any Crane Resort, for any time of year and for any type of accommodation.
  • Much like your Fixed Week, Crane Points bookings are Saturday-to-Saturday. However, additional nights can be requested within two (2) weeks of your intended date of arrival on a pro-rated basis. If, however, you would prefer a confirmed booking before that time, you may contact Hotel Reservations at reservations@thecrane.com and request availability and the member’s rate cost for those nights.
  • Crane Point requests outside of the regular booking period of Saturday-to-Saturday are also considered pro-rated Crane Point bookings. E.g. Wednesday to Wednesday bookings are also booked within two (2) weeks of your intended date of arrival.
  • To make an internal exchange for a Saturday-to-Saturday week, please log onto your account on the members' area of our website using the link https://owners.craneresorts.com.  Click on the tab "Book Your Stay".  These bookings may only be requested within nine (9) months of the start date of your intended week(s).
  • If additional points are required to complete a points booking, please contact members@thecrane.com with this request.
  • While you can include preferences on your request and we do try to accommodate these where possible, we cannot guarantee specific buildings or residences when making Crane Points bookings.

Incidental Charges:

  • Crane Points can be redeemed against any of our restaurant or spa charges while staying at The Crane. The current exchange rate is BDS$0.92 per point, exclusive of tax and service charges. Please note that Crane Points cannot be redeemed at The General Store in The Crane Village.
